![]() The Cybermats were seen in the classic series of ‘Doctor Who’ in tales like ‘The Tomb of the Cybermen’ and ‘The Wheel in Space’. ![]() The episode also features the return of the Cybermats in ‘Doctor Who’. But it was great to see them in this episode and they are very menacing throughout this story. The Cybermen don’t have a major part to play in this episode as it’s mostly about the Doctor and Craig. They learn that a Cybermen ship is buried under the department store. Very soon, the Doctor and Craig with Alfie investigate at the new department store to find out why the electricity’s been dodgy. ![]() But Craig is determined to help the Doctor here. It was fun to see how much has happened for Craig since he met the Doctor previously in ‘The Lodger’.Ĭraig can’t cope with the responsibilities of being a Dad and it doesn’t help when the Doctor is solving a mystery with power shortages in the area. I enjoyed the double act between Matt Smith’s Doctor and James Corden’s Craig in this episode. He didn’t expect the Doctor to turn up and to have an adventure in a department store with Cybermen. Craig now has a baby named Alfie…or Stormageddon as he prefers to call himself…since he and Sophie became a couple.Ĭraig’s girlfriend Sophie is away for the weekend and he’s looking after Alfie whilst she’s away. Matt Smith’s Doctor returns to Craig’s life when he visits him at his new house. This episode is also extra special, as it features the appearance of the Cybermen in it which is superb. I enjoyed ‘The Lodger’ very much from Series 5 and this episode is again written by Gareth Roberts. I was delighted to see Craig again and to have him team up with Matt Smith’s Doctor. This episode is a sequel to ‘The Lodger’ from Series 5, as it features the return of James Corden as Craig Owens. I enjoyed this episode so much and I watched it with my best mate Stephen at his house on first transmission. ![]() If there has to be a favourite episode of mine from Series 6 of ‘Doctor Who’, it’s this one. Watch the ‘Night and the Doctor’ mini-episode ‘Up All Night’ before this episode. Please feel free to comment on my review. ![]()
